and now... voice playing "on the fly" added to dect_cli!!! Code included

I continue working on adding features to "dect_cli".

I fixed a bug with the wav dumping and... I added voice playing "on the fly"
using Alsa.

Now, four new commands are avaliable:
- wav: creates the wav files
- ima: creates the ima files
- voice: play the voice
- direction: select the side to playback (FP or PP)

The audio quality is not yet perfect, but enough. And still I have not added
the G726 support. This two are the next fixes.

Another issue is that you can hear "on the fly" only one side of the
conversation: the base or the phone. You can change the side to listen on a
current call using the command "direction".

To try this patch, overwrite the original files and make again the tools.

Please, I need some reviews and reports about the patch.
