[ANNOUNCE] 2.6.16.13-ezx7 release

Hello.

It was time to put all the overdue patches together.

And here we are, the ezx7 release.

What's new?

- Integrate the led driver into the new kernel led subsystem. Thanks
  to Michael Lauer.
- Backlight driver. Thanks to Michael Lauer.
- Small keypad and touchscreen fixes.
- Touchscreen tuning. Thanks to Kangkai Yin.
- First, non-working, version of the mux_cli driver. Thanks to Harald
  Welte.
- /dev/vibrator support on the a780. Thanks to Andre Roth.

Note: I removed the laforge config patch and added defconfig-a780 and
defconfig-e680 instead. A cp patches/defconfig-{a780,e680} .config
gives you the choice.

What's next?

- Port all this stuff to 2.6.18. Some of the led patches are already
  in main.
- Give the mux_cli driver a useable state.
- Fix mtd support.
- Fix bluetooth initialization.
- Drivers for sound and video.
