First WinCE phone using pcap driver.

Hi,

Timothy Meade is porting linux to Motorola Q [0], today he confirmed
that this CDMA Windows Mobile phone has a pcap chip.

He is using our pcap driver on his Linux Port.

As it seems, the hardware is very similar to the A780 phone, besides
PXA and PCAP it is the same NAND, same Camera Sensor and same
Bluetooth. Seems reasonable to include this non-ezx phone on OpenEZX.
